Creative Emergence Coaching is based on Principles and Practices of Creative Emergence combined with YOUR unique creativity and imagination. This process is organic and flexible, containing concrete and practical approaches as well as creative and intuitive ones. I help you partner with your creative self - that inner wellspring containing your creative potential, gifts, and signature expression - to consciously create what's next - in a life-giving way that serves yourself, others, and the whole.
My coaching process is based on the knowledge - and the science - that by using whole-person creativity you:
- Get deeper and more surprising solutions than with just left-brain thinking alone
- Quickly access deep layers of your potential and understand big picture patterns
- Discover new and often surprising solutions to both old and new situations
- Awaken your sense of meaning and purpose
- Feel a sense of connection to something larger than yourself

I often work with an actual facilitation/design project you have, and we customize the design based on who YOU are and the objectives of the workshop/event. You can already have most of it it designed or none of it designed. I'll meet you where you are. These can be 1-2 hour stand-alone sessions, or done as a 3-month customized package. I also offer public Creative Facilitation workshops. And the Pattern Breaks Creative Facilitation Cerification Program is coming out soon.
